I paid extra £5.95 for special delivery goods never turned up so i tried contacting them by phone but it's constantly engaged whether it's during the day or middle of the night.I have sent more than 10 emails to them and not one response so i am now taking them to the small claims court if my bank does not refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst company ever dealt with by a long way 1291838

The phone number just goes through to a recorded message. They have been registered on companies house for 5 years so I dont think its an intentional scam as they would have been removed if they were, I have now reported them to the trading standards agency, I suggest anyone else does the same thing so they can be contacted by the authorities and "reprimanded". |

I am now posting with an update at the request of the company. I did eventually receive the darts that I had ordered. I do not think that the company is trying to intentionally con people. I think it's just a small company that is not able to deliver as quickly as is promised on the website. It's a shame that the man who replied to emails was so unprofessional as it left a very bad impression of the company with me. Because of the tone of his emails to me and his failure to respond to my repeated emails asking for an update as to when I should expect the goods, I will not be ordering with the company again and would not recommend it to friends. I would recommend that the company seriously improves its customer relations. |
